Administrative Communications Unit

The Administrative Communications Unit is the link between the administration and the other university’s sectors. It is also considered the first window to receive the official correspondences sent to General Services Administration in Girls’ Campus and its linked units in the dormitory and health colleges. Then, it is the last step in sending the official correspondences from the General Services Administration in Girls’ Campus and its linked units to the concerned sectors.

Functions

Receiving all the official correspondences from all the university’s sectors, finishing all the procedures, and presenting the correspondences to the General Services Administration director.

Sending all the official correspondences concerning the General Services Administration and its linked units.

v

Setting the appropriate organization of all the received and sent correspondence files. 

v

Indexing and archiving all the official correspondences.
