Financial Affairs Unit

The Financial Affairs Unit tends to provide the General Services Administration and its linked units in the dormitory and health colleges with all their needs and financial implications to assure an appropriate and smooth administrative work.

Objectives

v

viding the administration’s employees with sets or any other needs required to accomplish all the administrative tasks.

v

Providing all the participants in the administration with their financial entitlements for their participation in any overtime work.

Functions

v

Following up the entitlements exchange of all the participants (employees, workers, supervisors, maintenance technicians) in the external program, Tahili program, forums, and activities.

v

Following up and receiving all the sets and furniture sent to the administration by the Warehouse and Resources Administration and filling in the warehouse reports.

v

Deciding the budget the administration needs to participate as  a committee in any activity.
